Submitting an alteration request will require a $10 deposit for casual clothing and a $30 deposit for gowns, tuxedos and specialty items. If you are shipping it in the deposit will be $20 for casuals and $50 for gowns, tuxedos and specialty items. Alterations are completed in 3-5 days. If an extension is needed to complete your alteration you will be notified. 24 hour alterations are available for qualifying garments. 24 hour requests require an upfront fee of $25 in addition to the initial deposit ($45 for gowns, tuxedos and specialty items). Not all requests are accepted. If your alteration request is not accepted a notification will be sent via email or text message within 48 hours and deposit and upfront fees will be refunded to your original form of payment within 10 business days. For shipped items refunds will be issued excluding the shipping fees.

How it works:

1. Submit form & pay deposit

2. I will contact you within 48 business hours to schedule consultation

3. Have in person consultation and discuss your alteration.

4. Alteration will be ready for pickup typically within 5-7 days.

FOR SHIPPED IN ALTERATIONS:

1. Fill out form ticking the box that says “Shipping In” and pay deposit.

2. I will contact you within 48 business hours to schedule video chat consultation

3. During video chat consultation you will try on your garment and we will discuss

4. I will send a box or bag for you so ship the alteration to me. You will cover the shipping cost for ALL shipping (deducted from $20 deposit.

5. You will safely pack the garment into the bag with the shipping label and ship it to me.

6. I will fix the garment within 3-5 days and once invoice is paid I will ship the garment back..
