Geli Nicole designs custom dresses, gowns and suits for women and men. Customs are made to order by hand by Geli alone and can take up to 4 weeks to complete due to ordering specific materials or the size of your order. Please allow yourself enough time to have the garment made to your standards as well as hers! If possible, please set your deadline for receiving your custom order at least 5 days before actually needing it.

Pricing Chart: Custom Garments start at the prices listed below and may increase depending on the details, fabric and materials requested. These prices are in addition to the inquiry fee. Final price is calculated after inquiry fee is paid and materials, fabric & sketch are determined.

How It Works

3. Pay a $75 non-refundable inquiry fee.
4. You will be contacted within 48 hours via text or call to confirm the consultation
5. At the in person consultation we will review final details and invoice. Final invoice must be paid by the end of the consultation.
6. Garment will be completed within 1-3 weeks after invoice is paid in full.

Inquiry Fee:

All custom order inquiries have a $75 inquiry fee. This fee is for preparing your order, drafting a sketch of your desired look, getting material samples, and getting your measurements. This fee must be paid for every separate outfit or look. You will only pay the fee once if you have multiple garments within the same outfit/look. This fee is the same for multiple garments of the same look (i.e. brides maids dresses or groomsman’s suits). Sketches are drawn based off the information and detail you put in the inquiry form so please add as much detail as possible as well as inspiration images. If you do not wish to continue the order after the sketch is sent please understand there will be no refunds as work has already been completed. Sketches are not to be sent to other designers, seamstress, tailors, brands or used to reference a vision with anyone else. Sketches are property and work of Geli Nicole and will remain that way, even after the order is received or cancelled by you.

Fittings

There may be multiple fittings scheduled during the consultation in order to have the garment(s) fit and look exactly how you would like. Fitting meetings will be scheduled based on your schedule and arrival of materials (if ordered).

Consultation Information

The consultation is so you know all the answers to the what, where, when and why questions you may have. This session will fill you in on the process, prices, materials, fabrics and more. You will get to handpick exactly what fabrics and materials you want and ask as many questions as you’d like. Your measurements will be taken and you may get to try on a few things that might be similar to the fit and/or design you are envisioning. Consultations are 30 minutes to an hour.

If you are not able to meet in person the process is the same however, there will be a video chat meeting in place of the in person consultation. Fee/deposit will still have to be paid and measurements will have to be filled out directly by you. Also a sample box will be sent to you with samples of the fabrics and materials that will be used.

Note Turnaround time is about: 1-3 weeks after invoice is paid. Please note you will have lots of options to choose from but if materials or fabrics YOU chose are on back order or being shipped in the process could take longer and refunds will not be given if you decide to wait for the materials to arrive.
